Technician Inquiry
Now Recruiting: Facility Survey Technicians in Major U.S. Metro Areas
(Independent Contractor Position)
Are you experienced in facility inspections, site surveys, or building assessments? We're building a network of skilled independent contractors across the country's largest metro markets — and we want to hear from you.
Position Type: This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors set their own schedule, use their own equipment/vehicle (unless otherwise specified), and are responsible for their own tax obligations and business expenses.
Why join our network?
- Flexible, project-based work — accept assignments that fit your schedule and territory, with no minimum hour requirements
- Competitive per-survey compensation — paid per completed survey/assignment
- Steady pipeline of work — partnerships with facilities across retail, commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors
- Work with multiple clients — as an independent contractor, you're free to take on other work
- Support and tools provided — survey templates, reporting software, and a dedicated point of contact
What we're looking for:
- Experience conducting facility, site, or property condition surveys
- Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, etc.) is a plus
- Reliable transportation and availability within a major metro area
- Strong attention to detail and clear, accurate reporting skills
- A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule/deliverables
Where we're hiring:
We're actively building contractor teams in metro areas including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Dallas–Fort Worth, and other major markets — with more being added regularly just tell us where you are based.

Fill out the short inquiry form below and a member of our team will follow up within 2 business days to discuss contractor opportunities in your area.
Note: This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not an employment position. No taxes will be withheld, and contractors are not eligible for employee benefits.
